This quick-start guide will walk you through the initial setup on the Taskimo Portal: creating Flows and Tasks, generating Work Orders, starting Works on RealWear devices, and checking Work results on the Taskimo Portal.

Taskimo Portal

• Login with the credentials that you were provided by Taskimo Customer Success Team or your system admin.

Add Users

• From the left menu, go to the Users tab under Users & Roles.

• To add a new user, click the + button in the top right corner of the Users list and enter the user's details.

<aside> 💡 Alternatively, you can import multiple users by selecting "Import Users" and following the provided template.

• Assign roles such as Super Admin, Manager, or Operator to users based on their access needs.

<aside> ℹ️ Super Admin: Has full access to all features and settings of Taskimo

Manager: Can access everything except the Users & Roles tabs

Operator: Can only access the RealWear app, not the web portal

• After adding a user, manually send them the password via email/chat/SMS.
• To download a user's QR code, open the user card by double-clicking on the user row and click the QR button in the upper right corner of the thumbnail image.
